Group Coaching Opportunities

Customizable Group Coaching Opportunities

Whether you’re working with teens directly or supporting them as a parent, coach, or mentor—group coaching offers a powerful way to create meaningful growth, connection, and change.

For Teens & Youth

Adult leaders and mentors—whether in classrooms, youth groups, sports teams, or other teen-centered spaces—are often looking for impactful ways to help teens build mental and emotional resilience. Teens today are navigating a lot, and they need real tools and practical skills to manage the challenges of both the world around them and their individual lives.

I offer customized group coaching and teaching workshops designed to meet youth where they are. You share your goals and concerns, and I’ll create a workshop that fits your group’s specific needs.

Topics may include, but are not limited to:
– Confidence
– Self-Esteem & Self-Love
– Managing Stress
– Setting & Achieving Goals
– Navigating Loss & Grief
– Handling Difficult Relationships
– Academic Pressures
– Athletics & Extracurricular Balance
– Communication Skills
– Building Healthy Relationships

For Adults Who Support Kids & Teens

I also offer group coaching for parents, coaches, and mentors—anyone who plays a significant role in the lives of young people. Raising and guiding today’s youth takes more than love and good intentions—it takes awareness, calm, and connection.

These group workshops are designed to help adults feel more equipped, grounded, and connected in their roles. Together, we explore tools and strategies that make a real difference in the everyday moments of raising and supporting youth.

Topics may include:
– Building Trust & Connection
– Effective Communication with Kids & Teens
– Navigating Emotionally Dysregulated Moments
– Staying Calm When Emotions Run High
– Understanding Teen Development
– Strengthening Self-Awareness as a Parent or Mentor
– Supporting Mental & Emotional Wellness in Youth

If you’re interested in a group workshop or a speaking engagement—whether for youth or adults—I’d love to connect.

Amber Titensor
Certified Life Coach

For most of my adult life, my greatest focus has been being a wife and a mom to my seven children. Just as I began to consider stepping into a career, our world shifted forever—we lost our 18-year-old son to suicide.

From very early on in that journey, I knew I wanted to be a voice for advocacy and prevention. My certification as a Life Coach, combined with the depths of my personal experience, led me down a path I never expected—but one where I found deep passion and purpose.

Today, I work with teens, their parents, and other adult mentors to support mental wellness, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection. I find real joy in teaching the rising generation how to navigate life’s challenges, love themselves more fully, take ownership of their emotions and choices, and believe in their own future.

I believe in today’s youth—and I show them how to believe in themselves.
